Thank you for your interest in booking a team building event here at Tony's Pizza Napoletana!  We will be happy to secure most Monday or Tuesday afternoon or evenings for your guests to enjoy a private event with Tony and his team for double sessions of Tony's Pizza Challenge and Robvell's Cocktail College. 
 
Here is an overview of the daytime or evening’s events:
 
Guests are greeted by Marni and team for a welcome reception which includes guest’s choice of wine, cocktails or beer (Cocktails if host permits in contract).  Light appetizers are also offered while guests gather and settle in.

The group will be split into two sections, and the Client is advised to organize the way they prefer the two teams to be configured before arrival in order to avoid confusion and lopsided classes.

First section will attend cocktail college to learn the finer points and history of mixing Negroni (or Classic Martini) and Manhattans, with the winning drink declared by our master of class, Robvell Smith. 

Second section will attend Tony's pizza challenge learning how to toss pizza dough; then they will section off in teams to receive their secret ingredients and undergo a challenge to produce the perfect pizza.  Each team presents and ‘sells’ the pizza to the other teams before being judged.  Final critique and judgment is rendered by Tony.

Sections I and II will switch rooms and take the other class, total class time estimated at approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours.  Certificates for Best Pizza, Best Cocktail etc. are awarded at the conclusion of the event.  If the host purchases Tony’s Pizza dining gift certificates, gift home chef pizza classes or bott les of wine they will also be awarded with the certificates at this time.  

Afterwards, your guests will enjoy a family style dinner including salad, pasta and pizza, or whatever the host preselects for the fixed price menu.
 
Should wine be appropriate for your gathering Marni will be very happy to help select something for the tables; your guests may also order for themselves if you prefer to have an open bar tab for your evening or lunch event.
